We collect personal information by running a backup of your device. All data collected is stored on your own desktop or hard drive. We not have access to and cannot read any messages or data stored on your device from anyone other than the contact names you share.

Provide services such as merging chat messages in chronological order and presenting them in a PDF.
Analyse anonymised usage data to improve our services. We will never sell to or share your data with third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored locally on your own desktop or hard drive and is deleted once the Dispute Buddy desktop app is closed.
